Allow me to introduce myself. I am Simona Gamarnik, Owner and CEO of Blue Palm Care, a boutique home care agency based in Boca Raton, Florida. Before launching Blue Palm Care, I spent the majority of my career in the technology sector, leading large-scale projects for both major corporations and growing startups, managing teams across multiple continents. Through that experience, I learned how to run complex operations efficiently and, more importantly, how to build organizations that truly care about people.

My family and I are transplants from Southern California and have been living in Boca Raton for the past four years. After decades in tech, I felt it was time to do something different — something more personal and impactful. I’d always been drawn to the healthcare field, but it took time to discover where someone with my background could make a real difference.

After a year of research and reflection, I realized that home care is where my skills and passion align. I believe that, given the choice, most seniors would prefer to remain in their homes, surrounded by familiarity and dignity, rather than move to a facility. Helping make that possible became my mission — and that’s how Blue Palm Care was born.

Family is the most important thing we have. We all want to take care of our loved ones, but sometimes life stretches us too thin. That’s where I hope we can help you. Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable care, always striving to make each day a little better for the people you love. We are also proud to have caregivers who speak multiple languages, including Russian, Spanish, and French, and we’re actively expanding our team to include Hebrew-speaking caregivers as well. So far, we haven’t found anyone who speaks Yiddish, but we can probably ask my Mom to translate if needed 😉

At Blue Palm Care, my goal is to make a difference, to build a genuine community for the seniors we serve and bring a little more joy to their everyday lives. Our caregivers are not only skilled and compassionate, but also genuinely happy to go on walks, share music, enjoy the sunshine, garden, and create small moments of happiness with those we’re trusted to care for.
